I am trained as a PSYCH-K® facilitator as well as a Root Cause Protocol (RCP) Consultant, but I have created my own unique comprehensive approach to facilitate and guide you back to your innate healing abilities on the level of the mind, body and soul, which are all truly intertwined. My approach is radically different to the majority of what is currently out there, due to profound subtleties which may seem confusing or trivial at first, but which when truly understood have the power to shift everything radically. It's a complete awareness shift. I don't want to be anyone's practitioner - I want to be the bridge for you to put your health and wellbeing in your own hands.

I am available to do private sessions for either health and wellbeing coaching where we can begin to find the root cause of your particular symptoms and start the process of unlearning acquired beliefs around what is required for balance and wellbeing, and creating a plan of action to make aligned action in a direction that is actually going to move you towards genuine transformation.

I also facilitate an energy psychology modality called Psych-K® which can be used to enhance beliefs in any area of life that you wish to work on, and release unresolved pain, trauma and stress.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to high demands on my time and my desire to help as many people as possible, all appointments require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule or a fee will be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 but more than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the price of the scheduled visit. If you wish to reschedule during this window, only 25% of the price of the original booking will be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments with no prior cancellation or rescheduling by the start time of your original appointment (no-shows) are charged full price of the scheduled appointment with no refund or redeemable option. If you wish to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the price of the original booking will be charged.
